Orders typically take 7 to 21 working days to arrive, including carefully packed plants. Orders near Christchurch may arrive sooner.
All deliveries will be made in accordance with our stated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 21 working days, but delivery times are estimates only. If additional charges are necessary for shipping, you will be informed upfront before proceeding with your order.
Orders take 2 to 3 days to process before dispatch. Please avoid early status inquiries.
